Bo is owned by Chance Lodge in partnership with us was bred by Jill Farnham at Chance Lodge in Vic. He is out of the Sir Tristram Mare Endimanche and is by the top Quaterhorse Sire Beaver Doc.

Bo has a wonderful temprament with super movement . He is already showing talent in the Dressage arena and Hack ring with wins at over 64% in Prelim Level dressage (associate classes as he is only 3) and wins in lightweight hacks, 15.2 - 16 h hacks and Show Hunters.

Bo is also showing talent over fences when free jumped and enjoys the water and trails when out at the forest or beach.

He will be a great all rounder with the talent and boldness and movement to make a top Eventer in the future.

At his first official dressage outing he won the 1F on 62.8%. He has also done one Young Dressage Horse Qualifier with a 68% in the first round and an impresive 74.1% in the 2nd round. In November he did his first Novice test and won the 2E on 66.04%

After winning the SA Dressage with the Stars Qualifier we took Bo to the DWTS final at Werribee. While he did not place, he worked very well in the huge atmosphere getting over 60%.

At Roseworthy Dressage, Bo won the 1E, 2B and 2E on 68.8%. The next week at AHDC he won the 1B on 70%.
At the SA Spring Champs Bo was 2nd to Wolverine in the 1D on 67.4%, 4th in the 1E on 64.45% and 4th in the 2D on 68.2%.

Bo is now sucessfully competing in both dressage at Elementary level and Prelim Eventing. In the past 3 months he has had 2 wins and a second in 3 Eventing starts.
He won Prelim 3 Monato Horse Trials on June 2003 with a leading dressage of 41.8 (72%) a super clear cross country and jumping. He placed at both Mount Gambier and Werribee at Prelim level. His dressage is also going well with him schooling elementary level at home and winning Novice comps on scores of 66% plus.

With his fantastic temprament, great movement, super bold but careful jump, snaffle mouth wonderful rideability, and soundness Bo could go to the top with a junior or senior rider.
Bo has really grown into himself and now stands at 16.1 hh. He is compact, well put together with good bone. He will continue to be campagned by Gill Rolton until the right competition home is found for him.

In 2004 Bo has moved up to Elementary Dressage and will be competing Prelim/Pre Novice Eventing.
On April 11 Bo was 2nd in a big Elementary field with 61.34%

Bo has had a great Spring so far winning 4 of his last five Event Starts .
Bo won the Preliminary at Mt Gambier (Aug 21 and 22) on his good dressage score of 40. On Sept 3/4th he won Prelim at Friends of Werribee Horse Trials with a dressage of 37.2. He won again at Monato in AP2 and was just pipped in the Prelim at the State champs at Reynella.

Bo won again at Sunset Cove Horse Trials with a great Dressage score of 32.
He was just out of the placings in the Pre Novice at Colac event and came 3rd at Lakes and Craters rounding out a very sucessful year.

1n 2005 Bo will be competing Elementary and training Medium Dressage and Pre Novice to CCI* Eventing.and D grade showjumping.
Bo has had a good season so far with 5th in the PreNovice at Yeringburg, followed by 4th at Grand Cru (good dressage clear x-c but 5.8 time and 1 rail) and a good win leading all the way at Reynella finishing on his 44.4 dressage score.

At Kircaldy Park 2 Bo won again on his dressage score of 48.3 . After a great test, he had a super clear cross country and again showjumping to finish the season on a great note.

Bo now has 116 dressage poins !
Bo competed at the SADressage Association dressage competition on 2nd April and won the 3.3 and was 2nd in the 3.1. He is training Medium now and will have some more HC Elementary runs before competing Medium later in the year.

Bo wins again!
At Narracoorte Horse Trials bo won again on his dressage score - after 2 weeks off while Gill was judgng in New Zeland and Western Australia.! Bo has now won every Prelim Event in SA (and a bunch in Vic!) and is ready to go on up the grades. Gills judging and coaching committments are now taking over from her higher level competition focus and Bo is ready for a good young rider to take him on up the grades. - Or an older rider to have a safe fun ride at the lower levels.
